At MA DEZIGN, we are committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship, wearable art, and a luxury customer experience. We proudly offer a 10-day return policy for eligible collections from the date your order is delivered.
Eligibility for Returns
Couture Collection
All Couture Collection sales are final.
Due to the bespoke, made-to-measure, and artistic nature of Couture garments, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. Each piece is individually created to preserve exclusivity and craftsmanship.
Ready-to-Wear Collection
Ready-to-Wear items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Denim Jackets & Streetwear Collection
Denim Jackets, Hoodies, Crewnecks, and all Streetwear Collection items are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging
Due to the limited-edition and artistic nature of many MA DEZIGN pieces, any item showing signs of wear, washing, damage, odor, alterations, or misuse will not qualify for return approval.
Exclusive Collection
Exclusive Collection items are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery for store credit only.
Items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags attached
- Returned in original packaging

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as MA DEZIGN is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@madezign.us so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please complete the approved return process for the original item and place a new order separately for the desired replacement item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your financial institution may require additional processing time.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee may apply to approved returns from the Ready-to-Wear, Denim Jackets, Streetwear, and Exclusive Collections.
Couture Collection items are final sale and exempt from returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and final sale:

- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Final sale products
- Customized or personalized garments
